Is adoption right
for me and my child?

I want more for my baby than I can give them right now.

I am a good parent but don’t know how I am going to manage.

I would do anything to give my child a good life, but I have things to accomplish before I am ready to be a parent.

My life is a mess! How can I raise a child?

If you have asked yourself any of these questions, you may want to explore adoption. Exploring does not mean committing unless you decide adoption is right for you. Adoption has changed and you have choices.

Why is adoption so hard?

Adoption is one choice available to people who find themselves facing an unexpected pregnancy. For a variety of reasons, most women don’t want to consider adoption. One of the primary reasons is they are afraid it will make them feel too sad. This emotion is normal and understandable—carrying a baby for nine months involves bonding, so separation is going to be painful.
